Laurel Solutions, an affiliate backed by FFL Partners, has completed the acquisition of Servelec Technologies from Servelec. The deal adds a global provider of remote monitoring, SCADA and industrial automation solutions to Laurel Solutions' portfolio as an add-on to expand its remote asset monitoring and control capabilities.

The Access Group has acquired Servelec, a UK-based provider of health, social care and education software, from private equity firm Montagu. The acquisition brings Servelec's clinical and social care product suite and recent acquisition Elemental Software into Access' health and social care division to create an integrated offering across NHS trusts, local authorities and education customers.

HomeServe USA Acquires ServLine

The deal expands Primoris' capabilities and geographic footprint in utility-focused markets — particularly power delivery, communications and gas utilities — and is expected to be accretive with cost and revenue synergies.
