HomeServe USA has acquired Chattanooga-based ServLine, a provider of water and sewer service line protection and leak adjustment programs serving rural utilities across 18 states. FourBridges Capital advised ServLine on the transaction; ServLine founders Mark Slater and Gerry Harstine exited in the sale to the HomeServe subsidiary of UK-listed HomeServe PLC.

HomeServe PLC agreed to acquire a majority stake in Conshohocken-based eLocal USA LLC, a pay-for-performance advertising and lead-generation platform, to form the foundation of its Home Expert business in the United States. eLocal—backed previously by LLR Partners and employing roughly 130 people—will remain led by founders Andrew and Bruce Aronow and will operate separately from HomeServe’s Membership and HVAC businesses.

(IWS), a Sciens Water-backed water and wastewater treatment platform, has acquired Hi-Line Industries, a Brenham, Texas-based designer and manufacturer of custom-fabricated equipment. The deal vertically integrates Hi-Line's fabrication and CNC capabilities into IWS to support its modular MBR systems (including the BluBox) and broaden manufacturing capacity for future product and acquisition support.
