eLocal has acquired Bunker Hill Labs, a marketing and sales organization specializing in multi-vertical lead generation technology. The acquisition expands eLocal’s owned-and-operated media and form-based lead-generation capabilities, strengthening its offerings for Legal, Home Services and other local-service verticals. Bunker Hill Labs’ team and technology will be integrated into eLocal to deepen advertiser relationships and scale qualified lead volume across the United States.

HomeServe USA Acquires United Plumbing Company

HomeServe USA has acquired United Plumbing Company, a residential plumbing contractor based in Goshen (Louisville), Kentucky. United Plumbing, led by former owner Christopher Montgomery who will become General Manager, has nearly 40 employees and will help HomeServe expand its service footprint into the Louisville market and strengthen its local skilled-trades network.

FourBridges Capital advised ServLine on the transaction; ServLine founders Mark Slater and Gerry Harstine exited in the sale to the HomeServe subsidiary of UK-listed HomeServe PLC.
