SitusAMC Holdings Corp. has acquired ReadyPrice, a mortgage technology platform that connects mortgage loan originators and lenders to streamline loan pricing, underwriting, and delivery. The ReadyPrice management team will remain with SitusAMC as the company integrates ReadyPrice's pricing, underwriting and delivery capabilities into its residential loan origination technology portfolio.

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. has acquired Street Resource Group, Inc., the provider of the Warehouse Loan System (WLS), expanding SitusAMC’s warehouse lending technology suite alongside its ProMerit system. The acquisition brings SRG’s WLS capabilities and team (with founder Stanley Street joining as Vice Chairman, SitusAMC Technologies) into SitusAMC to better serve warehouse lenders and independent mortgage originators; financial terms were not disclosed.

LightBox Acquires Revere

On January 16, 2025, LightBox acquired Revere to strengthen its commercial real estate (CRE) capital markets offerings by integrating Revere’s networking and deal-execution platform with LightBox’s Real Capital Markets (RCM) product. The combined capabilities will be used to build an enhanced solution (LightBox Live) to better connect brokers, investors, lenders and other CRE market participants; customers of both platforms will continue to receive existing service and support.
