SitusAMC Holdings Corp. has acquired Street Resource Group, Inc., the provider of the Warehouse Loan System (WLS), expanding SitusAMC’s warehouse lending technology suite alongside its ProMerit system. The acquisition brings SRG’s WLS capabilities and team (with founder Stanley Street joining as Vice Chairman, SitusAMC Technologies) into SitusAMC to better serve warehouse lenders and independent mortgage originators; financial terms were not disclosed.

PSP Investments Makes Strategic Investment in SitusAMC

The Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) made a strategic minority investment in SitusAMC, joining Stone Point Capital as a long-term capital partner. Stone Point remains the largest shareholder and additional shares are held by SitusAMC management; the investment is intended to support SitusAMC's next phase of growth and transformation in the real estate finance industry.
