SitusAMC Holdings Corp. has acquired LogicEase Solutions Inc., the parent company of mortgage compliance software provider ComplianceEase, adding ComplianceAnalyzer and TRID Monitor to its residential technology portfolio. SitusAMC Acquires Street Resource Group

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. has acquired Street Resource Group, Inc., the provider of the Warehouse Loan System (WLS), expanding SitusAMC’s warehouse lending technology suite alongside its ProMerit system. The acquisition brings SRG’s WLS capabilities and team (with founder Stanley Street joining as Vice Chairman, SitusAMC Technologies) into SitusAMC to better serve warehouse lenders and independent mortgage originators; financial terms were not disclosed.

PSP Investments Makes Strategic Investment in SitusAMC

Altisource Portfolio Solutions Acquires Granite Loan Management
