Alter Domus Acquires Strata Fund Solutions LLC

Alter Domus, a Luxembourg-based fund administration and corporate services provider backed by Permira, has acquired Strata Fund Solutions LLC, a Salt Lake City-based fund administrator serving private equity and venture capital funds. The deal expands Alter Domus' North American footprint, adds over 200 fund accounting and administration professionals, and brings complementary technology and a $140 billion assets-under-administration client base to the combined firm.
