Arcline Investment Management Acquires Rotating Machinery Services, Inc.

(RMS), an OEM and leading third-party provider of parts, repair, engineering, metrology and maintenance services for turbomachinery. RMS is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, operates nine facilities, and will partner with Arcline and its management team to pursue growth in aftermarket turbomachinery services.
