PNC Riverarch-backed Chef Merito Invests in La Fiesta Food Products

PNC Riverarch Capital’s portfolio company Chef Merito Seasonings has completed an investment and merger with La Fiesta Food Products, a La Mirada, California-based provider of spices, chiles, herbs and related Hispanic food products. The combined business will leverage La Fiesta’s direct store delivery network and Chef Merito’s brand portfolio to expand geographic reach, broaden product selection, and create a leading platform in the Hispanic seasonings market.
