Bain Capital Private Equity to Acquire Estia Health

Bain Capital Private Equity has agreed to acquire Australian residential aged care provider Estia Health Limited in a proposed takeover at A$3.20 per share under a Scheme Implementation Agreement. The Estia Health board has unanimously recommended the scheme and Bain said it plans a long-term presence in the Australian aged care sector to support management and maintain high standards of care.
