Banyan Software, a permanent-capital acquirer of enterprise software businesses, has acquired Hello Labs, Inc. (dba BeQuick), a Jupiter, Florida–based provider of a cloud-hosted telecommunications platform for MVNOs. Banyan said it will invest in BeQuick’s product and continue supporting customers as part of its buy-and-hold strategy for niche software companies.
