Barrick Mining Corporation agreed to subscribe for 15,470,934 units of Kingfisher Metals Corp. in a non-brokered private placement for total consideration of approximately C$20.9 million. The investment is expected to close on or before July 27, 2026 and will fund exploration and development of Kingfisher’s Highway 37 project in British Columbia.
