Beacon (Nasdaq: BECN) has completed the acquisition of First Coastal Exteriors, LLC, a regional distributor with locations in Mobile, Alabama and Pearl, Mississippi that sells siding, gutters and windows. The deal expands Beacon's footprint and product offering in the Alabama and Mississippi markets and brings First Coastal employees and customers into Beacon's branch network.
