Beacon Pointe Advisors (Newport Beach, CA) acquired six independent registered investment advisory firms — Hart & Patterson Financial Group, Heritage Financial Planning, Jentner Wealth Management, Michael A. Dubis Financial Planning, Ng Wealth Advisors, and Waypoint Wealth Partners — adding roughly $2.7 billion in AUA and bringing Beacon Pointe's total AUA to ~ $47 billion. The deals expand Beacon Pointe's national footprint with new offices and advisory teams across Massachusetts, Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, and California.
