BCN Group, a PE-backed UK managed services and digital transformation provider, has acquired NewCMI (CMI), a Microsoft Solutions Partner and MSP with offices in London, Belfast and the Thames Valley. The add‑on strengthens BCN's Microsoft-first capabilities and gives the group an expanded footprint in the South East of England and Northern Ireland; Panoramic Growth Equity (the prior investor in CMI) exited the business.

The deal, funded by Beech Tree Private Equity with support from Ares Management, strengthens Wavenet's UK cloud and voice capabilities and continues its buy-and-build strategy under Beech Tree's ownership.

The deal expands BCN's footprint across Northern England, adds Sage Accounting and CRM capabilities, and brings Blue Logic’s engineering centre of over 60 engineers and ~£7m+ revenue into the BCN platform while remaining Leeds‑based.
