Newsletter platform beehiiv has acquired ad-tech company Swapstack, adding Swapstack's technology and talent to accelerate beehiiv's ad network and creator monetization offerings. The deal brings two of Swapstack's four employees into beehiiv; financial terms were not disclosed.
