Bernhard Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of RailWorks Corp., a leading North American rail infrastructure solutions provider, from Wind Point Partners. Bernhard Capital will support RailWorks' continued growth in track construction, signals and communications, and maintenance services while RailWorks' management team, led by President and CEO Kevin Riddett, remains in place.
