BGSF, Inc. Acquires Momentum Solutionz

BGSF, Inc. (NYSE: BGSF) completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Momentum Solutionz, LLC, a provider of IT consulting and managed services, for $3.78 million at closing plus up to $2.22 million in earnout. The deal expands BGSF’s IT solutions and recurring managed-services capabilities and adds Momentum’s ERP-focused consulting, cloud and managed-service offerings across BGSF’s client base.
