Bishop Lifting Acquires Worswick Group Holdings (Certified Slings & Supply)

Bishop Lifting, a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Worswick Group Holdings — a Florida-based group that includes Certified Slings and Supply and several other brands with ten operating locations across Florida. The add-on expands Bishop Lifting's physical footprint into Florida, broadens its lifting and rigging product and service offerings, and keeps prior owner Doug Worswick in a leadership role with the combined business.
