Bitcoin Depot (Lux Vending, LLC) acquired a majority equity interest in Bitaccess Inc., a Toronto/Ottawa-based provider of Bitcoin ATM operating software. The deal gives Bitcoin Depot control of Bitaccess' software and infrastructure to expand BDCheckout, kiosk management, transaction processing and compliance capabilities, representing a vertical integration and capability expansion within the BTM ecosystem.
