BlueMatrix has acquired Street Context, a market-leading provider of email intelligence and analytics for the capital markets, to integrate email deliverability, list management and engagement analytics into BlueMatrix’s investment research publishing platform. The deal is effective immediately, was debt-financed by Golub Capital, and is intended to expand BlueMatrix’s product capabilities and global footprint as a Thoma Bravo‑backed platform.

Concord Technologies Acquires Biscom, Inc.

Concord Technologies has acquired Biscom, Inc., combining Concord's cloud fax, document automation and AI capabilities with Biscom's on-premises enterprise fax and secure file transfer solutions to create a market-leading provider of secure document exchange and workflow automation. The combined business will focus on healthcare and other highly regulated industries, together serving over 4,500 customers and processing over 4 billion pages of protected information annually.

Cordance Acquires Blue Link Associates Limited

Polytek Development Corp. Acquires BCC Products, Inc.

Polytek Development Corp., a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired BCC Products, Inc., a Franklin, Indiana-based manufacturer of specialty tooling, mold making and casting polymers. The transaction expands Polytek’s manufacturing and formulation capabilities across automotive, aerospace, foundry and marine end markets; BCC’s president Roger Brunette will remain with the combined company to support growth and integration.
