Blueground entered into an agreement to acquire Tabas, a Brazilian proptech startup focused on designer-quality furnished apartments for 30+ day stays. The deal is expected to close in early Q1 2023 and is intended to accelerate Blueground’s expansion into Latin America, including launching in Mexico City in early 2023.
