Prospanica to Acquire Techqueria

Prospanica, the Association of Hispanic MBAs and Business Professionals, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Techqueria, a nonprofit advancing Latino representation and success in technology. The proposed deal is subject to regulatory approval from the California Attorney General’s office, and upon completion the groups plan to expand shared leadership, mentorship, national summits, and professional development programs.
