Agellus Capital portfolio company Bluejack Fire & Life Safety acquired Houston-based Phillips Fire & Life Safety. Phillips will join Bluejack’s FirePro Tech brand as part of Bluejack’s continued scale-up in Greater Houston. The deal provides Phillips access to additional resources, capabilities, and a larger team while preserving its focus on fire protection and customer service.
