Holley Acquires Arizona Desert Shocks, Baer Brakes, Brothers Trucks and Rocket Racing Wheels

Holley Inc. (NYSE: HLLY) announced it acquired substantially all of the assets of Arizona Desert Shocks, Baer Brakes, Brothers Trucks, and Rocket Racing Wheels in Q4 2021 for approximately $56 million. The purchases expand Holley’s performance aftermarket product portfolio across suspension, braking, truck appearance and wheel categories to broaden capabilities and address new enthusiast end-markets.

Brembo Acquires Öhlins Racing From Tenneco

Brembo signed an agreement with Tenneco to acquire a 100% stake in Öhlins Racing, a manufacturer of premium suspension technology for motorcycles and cars. The deal is Brembo’s largest acquisition and is expected to close in early 2025 after regulatory approvals.

Burnout Brands, a performance automotive platform and portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired Brian Tooley Racing, a Kentucky-based manufacturer of high-performance camshafts, valvetrain components and intake manifold engineering. The acquisition brings BTR into Burnout Brands' portfolio (which includes Monster Transmission, BD Diesel and D&J Precision Machine) to expand product development, manufacturing capabilities and aftermarket market reach.
