Bow River Capital Completes Majority Investment in CloudShare

Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity team has completed a majority platform investment in CloudShare, a San Francisco–based SaaS provider of AI-guided virtual labs and technical training solutions. The investment will support CloudShare’s global growth, infrastructure scaling, and accelerated AI-driven product innovation while founder Dr. Zvi Guterman remains CEO and joins a newly formed board with Bow River representatives.
