BPEA EQT Acquires Majority Stake in Indira IVF

BPEA EQT (BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII) has agreed to acquire a majority/control stake in Indira IVF, India’s largest network of fertility clinics, from TA Associates and the founding Murdia family. The investor said it will back Indira IVF’s R&D and digital capabilities while expanding the clinic network across India and into adjacent markets as part of a growth and scale strategy.
