Bragg Gaming Group completed its previously announced acquisition of Spin Games LLC in a cash-and-stock deal valued at approximately USD $30 million. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Bragg’s North American iGaming growth by leveraging Spin Games’ U.S. iGaming relationships, state licenses, and remote gaming server (RGS) capabilities.
