BrightSpring Health Services completed the acquisition of Pate Rehabilitation, a Texas-based provider of neurorehabilitative day treatment, transitional and residential therapy. The deal integrates Pate into BrightSpring's Rehab Without Walls NeuroSolutions line, expanding BrightSpring's neurorehabilitation footprint and continuum of post-acute care across the U.S. and Ontario, Canada.
