Brogent Technologies to Acquire Flyover Attractions

Flyover Attractions (the operator of the Flyover immersive flying theater experience) has agreed to be acquired by Brogent Technologies. The deal is expected to close in Spring 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and is intended to strengthen Flyover’s next phase of international growth and Brogent’s vertically integrated immersive attractions capabilities.
