Brook + Whittle has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Diamond Flexible Packaging, a third-generation family-owned flexible packaging and converting company based in Northbrook, Illinois. The deal adds five in-house pouch lines and bag-making capabilities to Brook + Whittle's platform, strengthening its wide-web printing capabilities and expanding its addressable end markets across food, cosmetics, nutritional, beverage and healthcare.
