Aptean, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software, has acquired Apparel Business Systems, LLC (ABS), a Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based provider of ERP software for apparel, footwear and related manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers. The acquisition expands Aptean's apparel industry capabilities and adds ABS's cloud-native and on-premise ERP functionality to Aptean's portfolio.

B&A Acquires iDoxSolutions

Bart & Associates (B&A) has acquired iDoxSolutions, Inc., a Bethesda-based IT and management consulting firm specializing in enterprise content/records management and data analytics. iDox will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of B&A, expanding B&A's IT capabilities across federal and state & local government markets; the deal is the first acquisition since B&A's partnership with Battle Investment Group in 2022.

The combined company will operate from six offices across four states (headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan), expand managed services (including a 24x7x365 NOC), and broaden capabilities across cloud, security, storage and infrastructure with roughly 200 employees and sharpened vertical focus across government, education, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and retail.
