The acquisition combines SKV/Jon Lab’s SecureKey with QeM’s QRNG-powered Sentry-Q orchestration layer to create a full-stack, quantum-resilient cybersecurity architecture spanning cloud, network, endpoint, and chip, with expected closing around March 2, 2026 (subject to conditions).
