Building Controls & Solutions Acquires Yorkland Controls Limited

Building Controls & Solutions (BCS) has acquired Yorkland Controls Limited, a Canadian distributor of building automation, combustion controls, and parts, marking BCS's expansion into Canada. The deal adds Yorkland’s technical expertise and inventory to BCS’s network (bringing it to 26 branches across the U.S. and Canada) and is an add-on to the PE-backed BCS platform.
