Building Industry Partners Forms Endeavor Fire Protection Platform and Acquires Valley Fire Protection Systems

Building Industry Partners (BIP) has formed a new fire and life safety platform, Endeavor Fire Protection, through its acquisition and recapitalization of Valley Fire Protection Systems. Valley, founded in 1974, will continue to be led by its existing management team and provides fire sprinkler, fire suppression and plumbing installation, service and inspection across the Midwest.
