Bureau Veritas has signed agreements to acquire three companies to strengthen its positions across cybersecurity, nuclear, and transition (sustainability) services. The deals include Dornier Hinneburg in Germany, Institute For Cyber Risk (IFCR) in Denmark, and EcoPlus in South Korea.
