Bureau Veritas has signed an agreement to acquire Security Innovation Inc., a US-based software security consulting firm headquartered in Boston. The deal adds ~95 specialists and EUR 21 million of 2023 revenue to Bureau Veritas' cybersecurity capabilities and establishes a new cybersecurity hub in the US; closing is expected in Q3 2024.
