Buyers Edge Platform Acquires RASI (Restaurant Accounting Services)

Buyers Edge Platform acquired RASI (Restaurant Accounting Services, Inc.), adding RASI’s accounting, payroll and managed finance software to Buyers Edge’s back-office and procurement offerings. The deal integrates RASI’s restaurant-focused AP and payroll capabilities into Buyers Edge’s SaaS procurement platform to deliver end-to-end ordering, accounting, payroll and food cost management to restaurant customers.
