Buyers Edge Platform Acquires The Full Range and Delta Procurement

Buyers Edge Platform, a U.S.-based foodservice software and analytics company, acquired two UK group purchasing organizations: The Full Range and Delta Procurement, as part of a broader push to expand its European footprint. The transactions follow a $425 million preferred equity investment from General Atlantic Credit, Blackstone Tactical Opportunities, and Morgan Stanley Tactical Value and are intended to accelerate Buyers Edge Platform's strategy to build a large digital procurement network across Europe.
