The acquisition expands SupportNinja's geographic footprint (adding offices in Ireland and Singapore), broadens its service offering (data operations, renewals management, onboarding, technical expertise and back-office support), and is being executed as an add-on to the BV-backed platform.

BigCommerce Acquires Quote Ninja (B2B Ninja)
