Cable Manufacturing & Assembly (a Torque Capital Group portfolio company) has acquired Glassmaster Controls, a Kalamazoo-based designer and manufacturer of mechanical cables, controls, and actuation assemblies. The acquisition is an add-on to strengthen CMA's product portfolio and expand its position in heavy truck, recreational products and agriculture end markets.
