Cablecraft Motion Controls, a Torque Capital Group portfolio company, has acquired Radial Bearing Corp., a Danbury, Connecticut-based designer and manufacturer of rod ends and spherical bearings. The add-on expands Cablecraft's product offerings and strengthens its presence in aerospace, defense, and industrial end markets as part of Torque's Cable Manufacturing & Assembly platform.
