Fidus Capital provided term debt and an equity co-investment; the Cicciarelli family (sellers) retain equity and will remain in leadership roles as the sponsors build a regionally dominant MEP and fire protection platform in the Midwest.

SQUAD Acquires SCASSI Conseil and SCASSI Ciberseguridad
