Pittsburgh-based eProductivity Software (ePS) has acquired U.S.-based Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS), a management information system (MIS) software provider founded in 1989 that serves over 200 customers in North America. The deal expands ePS’s product portfolio and strengthens its leadership in the SMB print and packaging MIS market by integrating EPMS’s customer base and technology into ePS’s global offerings.

Trexon Acquires C.E. Precision Assemblies, Inc. (CEPA)

Trexon, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has completed the acquisition of C.E. Precision Assemblies, Inc. (CEPA), a Chandler, Arizona-based manufacturer of RF/microwave cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical solutions. The add-on expands Trexon's Engineered Products group's capabilities and strengthens its presence in military and aerospace end markets; the business was sold by former owner Paul Ross.

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions Acquires D&R Machine Company

The add-on expands the Cadrex platform's North American aerospace manufacturing footprint and adds D&R's nearly 40-machine CNC capacity, AS9100/ISO 9001 certifications and ITAR-registered facility to the platform.
