CAI Capital Partners’ portfolio company DWB Consulting Services Ltd. will merge with Chartwell Resource Group Ltd. to create a British Columbia-wide multidisciplinary environmental, resource management, engineering, GIS/mapping, and sustainable forest stewardship platform. The combined organization will have nearly 300 employees, with leadership roles split between Kevin Bedford (Executive Vice President) and Cliff Roberts (President and CEO/CEO of the combined business).
