Cairngorm-backed IBMG Acquires Roofing Gear

Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG), a portfolio company of Cairngorm Capital, has acquired Roofing Gear Limited, a local roofing merchant with three branches in the South West of England. The acquisition expands IBMG's specialist roofing division westward, adding geographic presence and product range while Roofing Gear will continue to trade under its existing name with founder Jeremy Gear remaining involved.
