Cando Rail & Terminals completed the acquisition of the Channelview rail terminal and associated operations from Texas Deepwater Partners, a joint venture formed by USD Group LLC and Pinto Realty Partners. The purchase gives Cando its first U.S. terminal on the Houston Ship Channel — a multi-customer, multi-purpose facility with existing capacity for 900 railcars and room for future expansion.
