Capestone, a division of OptConnect, has acquired all activities of Next Era, a France-based distributor of 4G/5G and critical communications solutions. The acquisition brings more than 250 channel partners and customers across France, Southern Europe, DACH and the Middle East to Capestone and expands its managed IoT, eSIM and 5G capabilities across the EMEA region.
