Capital Waste Services, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired Pee Dee Environmental Services (the Pee Dee construction & demolition landfill) in Florence, South Carolina. The transaction is an add-on acquisition to expand CWS’s roll-off operations and landfill disposal capability in its core South Carolina market; former owner Richard Bonnoitt sold the asset.
