Carlisle Fluid Technologies Acquires Reinhardt Technik

Carlisle Fluid Technologies has completed the acquisition of Reinhardt Technik, a German supplier of dosing, mixing and liquid silicone rubber processing systems. The deal expands CFT’s Sealants and Adhesives platform by adding Reinhardt Technik’s bonding, dispensing, potting and process-control capabilities to its global product portfolio.
