Castleton Commodities International Acquires Majority Stake in L48 Energy BESS Ltd

A subsidiary of Castleton Commodities International LLC (CCI) acquired a majority stake in Lower 48 Energy BESS Ltd. (L48 Energy), a UK-based developer, builder, owner and operator of large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS). CCI said the investment will help scale L48's grid-scale storage platform in the UK with potential expansion into other European markets.
